CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We value your time and strive to accommodate every client with the highest level of care. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for our team and other clients, please review the following policy:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

  • For bookings involving 2 or more people, we require 48 hours' notice.

  • A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. Without it, your appointment will not be confirmed.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee per person.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

  • Clients with a history of no-shows will be required to prepay or leave a deposit for all future bookings.

Important: All cancellations and reschedule requests must be made by phone. Texts or emails will not be accepted as valid cancellations.

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure you receive the full quality of your service:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling, and the cancellation fee may apply.

  • If you are running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next client.
